Do I need to create an account?

No, you can order product online as a Guest without creating an account.  However, having an account will allow you to keep track of your orders and order status simply by logging in.

What do I need to create an account?

To create an account, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, email address, employee ID (if applicable) and a secure password.

What if I forget my password or need to reset it?

To retrieve your password, visit the Login page and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link under the ‘Login’ button. You will be asked to provide your email address for a password reset.

 

How do I see what’s in MY CART?

There is the cart link in the utility navigation (top right corner), it will update to show the number of items in your cart. Clicking the MY CART link takes you to your cart which will display the products you’ve added. If you have not added any products, it will show an ‘Empty Cart’ message.

What forms of payment does Shop Farmer Brothers accept?

Farmer Brothers accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Can I store my credit card information and/or change my credit card information?

Farmer Brothers does not allow customers to store credit card information for security purposes.

 

Where can I get a receipt of my purchase?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation of that order which is your receipt of purchase.

How do I change the ship to address?

How do I use a special offer or discount code?

If you have a promo or discount code, simply enter it into the Promo Code box on the MY CART screen. If you have difficulty entering the code, contact Customer Service at 1-800-735-2878.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Farmer Brothers has to charge sales tax as required by law based on the ship to location.

Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders outside the United States and Puerto Rico at this time.

How do I know if my order went through?

When you place an order you will receive an email notification of the status of that order. When your order ships, we will confirm your shipment by sending you a shipment confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with your order. Your shipment confirmation will include detailed order tracking information to allow you to check on the status of your shipment.

How do I check the status of my order or access my purchase history?

During checkout, you have the option to create an account – if you create an account (vs. checking out as a Guest) then you will be able to revisit the site and go to your ‘My Account’ section, and within that section there is a page for ‘My Orders’ which will display the status. If you have checked out using our ‘Guest Checkout’ will have to rely on email communications for order status.

How can I cancel my Shop at Farmer Brothers Coffee order?

Orders may only be canceled through the website, if you created an account during the purchase process and only if your order is still pending.  To review your orders and determine if you can cancel your order login and go to the MY ACCOUNT section.  Your orders are listed on your Account Dashboard and in the My Orders section in your account.  If you can cancel your order there will be a link to cancel under the View Order link.   If you cannot cancel your order through the website, it has already been processed and cannot be canceled.   However you can receive a refund for unwanted product according to our refund policy.

My order says it was placed, but I never received it. What should I do?

What are your shipping policies?

  • Shipping to different addresses: If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
  • Shipping using multiple shipping methods: If you wish to ship items using different shipping methods, you will need to place separate orders.
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to ship your order within the next business day.
  • International shipping: Orders can only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We offer 2-day, 3-day, and standard ground delivery service through UPS. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
